Eligibility:
Open to New Zealand residents, 18+ only. Excludes employees of Mars NZ and their families. 1 entry/person.
Promotional Period:
Wednesday, 25 March 2026, during the Facebook Live event hosted by Mark Vette on the @Mark Vette – Animal Behaviourist Facebook page at 7pm NZT.
Prize:
One (1) bag of ADVANCETM dog food (suitable for puppies or adult dogs as specified by the Promoter). Total prize pool valued at up to NZD $199.99 (RRP).
Winner Selection:
All participants who join the Facebook Live event on Wednesday, 25 March 2026 will be entered into a random draw. One (1) winner will be selected.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be contacted by Mark Vette via Facebook Direct Message (DM) within 5 working days of the draw. The winner will also be notified via a reply comment from @ADVANCEPetNewZealand on the relevant Facebook post, with instructions to claim the prize.
Usage Advisory:
Winners are advised to read the product’s back-of-pack instructions before use, particularly regarding transitioning their dog to new food.

1. Promoter
The promoter of the Promotion is Mars New Zealand Limited (117682) of Building 14/666 Great South Road, Ellerslie 1051, Auckland, NZ (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only who are 18+ (“Eligible Entrants”).
2.2. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, affiliates, contractors, consultants, their immediate family (including de facto spouses), or any other persons assisting with the Promotion are not eligible to enter. ‘Immediate family’ means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or first cousin.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, entrants must:

4. Prize Details
4.1. The prize consists of one (1) bag of ADVANCETM dog food (type and size as specified by the Promoter), valued at up to NZD $199.99 (RRP).
4.2. There will be one (1) winner in total.
4.3. The prize is intended as a free sample and is not for resale.
4.4. The prize is suitable for dogs as specified by the Promoter (puppy or adult).
5. Winner Selection
5.1. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid participants who joined the Facebook Live event on Wednesday, 25 March 2026, 7pm NZT.
5.2. The winner will be contacted by Mark Vette via Facebook Direct Message (DM) within 5 working days of the draw.
5.3. The winner will also be notified via a reply comment from @ADVANCEPetNewZealand on the relevant Facebook post, with instructions to claim their prize by providing details of their NZ delivery address.
5.4. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. General Conditions
7.1. The prize is non-transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other item or form of compensation.
7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these terms at any time.
7.3. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may result in a failure to enter the Promotion.
7.4. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility or liability for: (i) any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions; (ii) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion; (iii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or Facebook or any combination thereof; and (iv) insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person (or their property) which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion.
